 Pipeline Opportunity Program

The PhD Pipeline Opportunity Program is an innovative national collaboration of colleges and universities to help identify and mentor diverse undergraduate students to become business school faculty. [See News Section for 2015 Partners Workshop] The PhD Pipeline helps students

  • learn about the advantages of a career as a business school faculty member
  • understand the academic steps necessary to prepare for a career in higher education teaching and research
  • acquire a supportive network for curriculum preparation and success in applications to doctoral programs.

The PhD Pipeline Opportunity Program includes a 2-week Summer Institute at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and, also, academic year activities at each of its 17 Partner colleges and universities
